Product and intended use

The Red to Green P&L Journal is an educational trade-recording and review tool. It is not investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell securities, or a promise of trading results. Trading involves risk, and past results do not guarantee future outcomes. You are responsible for your own trading decisions.

Orders and payment

Prices and availability are shown on the product page and confirmed during checkout. Payments are processed through Razorpay. An order is considered paid only after the payment has been verified by the server or payment provider. If a payment is debited but the order status is unclear, contact support before paying again.

Digital delivery

The product is supplied digitally. Delivery instructions or access are provided through the method stated on the product page or by support. If an automated delivery link is not presented after payment, contact support with your payment ID. Do not share any private download link publicly.

Permitted use and intellectual property

Unless separately agreed in writing, your purchase is for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly publish, or commercially exploit the files or their contents without permission, except where applicable law permits.

No performance guarantee

The journal can help organize records and reviews, but it cannot guarantee discipline, profitability, lower losses, or any particular financial outcome. Workbook calculations depend on the accuracy and completeness of information you enter.

Refunds, availability, and liability

Refund requests are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law. We may update or temporarily suspend the website for maintenance or security. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
